Health and safety.

Your health and safety remain our top priority.

MAX 2023 will take place in person in Los Angeles and on-line, providing attendees with the option to connect in a format that meets their personal needs and preferences. Adobe will continue to monitor health conditions and federal, state, and local requirements. As these conditions and requirements change, the Adobe MAX health and safety policy is also subject to change. Policy updates will be posted on this Health and Safety page and emailed to registered attendees.

COVID-19 Vaccinations

Consistent with Centers for Disease Control guidance, Adobe recommends in person participants remain up to date with their COVID-19 vaccinations.

Onsite Health and Safety Measures

Face masks are not currently required at Los Angeles venues per local government/health authority requirements. For those in person participants who choose to wear a face mask, we encourage you to do so and ask all in person participants to kindly respect this choice. Masks will be made available upon request. Throughout Adobe MAX, the event venue will undergo enhanced cleaning and hand sanitation stations will be available. Adobe encourages in-person participants to exercise common sense health safety precautions such as frequently washing hands, covering your nose and mouth if you sneeze or cough, maintaining appropriate social distances, and staying in your hotel room if you feel unwell.

COVID-19 Test Results, Tests, and International Travel

Consistent with Centers for Disease Control guidance – and to provide a healthy and safe environment for all in person attendees – we ask that you not attend the Adobe MAX if you have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last five days prior to attending the event, or if you feel ill. Please stay home, get well, and join us virtually. COVID-19 rapid anti-gen kits will be available to all in person attendees upon request, and we will provide guidance to international attendees if they require a test to return to their country.
